Cancellations
Requests for cancellation made before the course start date may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing charges.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Rescheduled or Cancelled Batches
If JADMAA Varmakalai cancels a batch or workshop, students may choose a full refund or transfer of fees to another available batch.
