Enrollment
Enrollment in any JADMAA Varmakalai course is confirmed only after registration and applicable payment are completed.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to follow the discipline, safety guidelines, and instructions given by instructors during training sessions.
Attendance & Progress
Course levels, certificates, and progression are subject to regular assessment and instructor approval.
Changes to Schedule
JADMAA Varmakalai may reschedule classes or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to students.
Liability
Martial arts training and Varma wellness sessions carry inherent physical risk. Students participate at their own discretion and are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions beforehand.
Payment & Fees
Course fees must be paid in full (or per any installment plan agreed at enrollment) to confirm and continue your seat in a program. Fees are subject to change for new batches.
Intellectual Property
All training content, course materials, videos, and the JADMAA Varmakalai name and logo are the property of JADMAA Varmakalai and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Termination
JADMAA Varmakalai reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment for repeated indiscipline, safety violations, or non-payment of fees.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
